More Birds....

Yes, I have the work camera again, but this was not what I had the camera for... lol This was an after the event photo, and very smiilar to one I took on 21 June.

Today I had to record the blessing of the temporary village, its ftuure inhabitants and visitors at kaiapoi. The temporary village will house those displaced from their homes while land remediation or dwelling repair work is undertaken following the earthquakes in Canterbury on 4 September and 22 February and all other aftershocks.

I was a very moving ceremony, and it was a privilege to be a part of it.
