Beautiful food...

This is one of the dishes from our "Masterchef" competition amongst the two teenage teams - I am pleased to report, as chief judge, all the food was excellent! Today also included wide games across the town/beach, potato tag rugby, boat building for beanie babies, cloudy with a chance of meatballs, and yet more UNO!

My highlight was spending a good half hour in the freezing cold sea, splashing the waves as a storm approached, then pegging it across town barefooted in sopping shorts and tee! There's nothing quite like sheet lightening, thunder claps, and running through massive puddles...
