snapped by a curious mind

The guardian

Went to Salt Mills on Sunday to meet my friends for lunch and a stroll - complete with cameras. It was a windy but sunny lazy Sunday, perfect to look at the mix of art and things in there, talk about everything from dogs to dreams, and everything under the sun.

A couple of hours out of the race against time that these recent weeks have been, and the next ones will be.

Didnt pay enough attention to the art on display, i was more intent on conversation and the occasional photo. Will have to look better next time.

I'm very pleased with a few of the images I took that day, although my blip choice is a blurry one...

This guardian was in the darkened top section. I just loved the atmosphere created by his personal lamp and the paper he was reading, so I had to try to snap it. To the relative embarrassment of the rest of the group, who thought I would get us all in trouble.

Of course at 1/10s exposures it was bound to be blurry, even with the camera on my knee.

See the other images if you are curious
