Studying the form

A fun and highly unprofitable night at the dogs which included classic exchanges such as:

"C'mon orange, c'mon orange!!!"
"You bet on the blue one..."

"Well my horse wasn't up to much"
"That'll be because it's a dog..."

As for blips... I DID take the camera outside, managed to catch the runners in a shot (flash all wrong, even Picasa couldn't do that big a "fix") but was then told by a steward that "no photos were allowed" ... no signage and nowt in the trackcard to say so :-( Are they afraid the flash will put the dogs off their pace?! If so I humbly hang my head in shame if race #2 at Brough Park had an unexpected outcome...
