Canon 300mm f/4.0

A while back I blipped a pic of my gear. Centre stage was the beaten up Canon 300mm. Since then, I don't think I've blipped a pic that was taken with that lens.

Until now. I'd forgotten how sharp it is - even in low light. I'm really pleased with this photo - its not technically great - the background is too busy - but its soooo sharp. Even at 100%.

I'm going to get re-acquainted with this lens real soon.
