Bike ride

Just got back from a short 10 mile bike ride to Needham Lake, with my friend Hil. We are planning to do a ride every week and hopefully go further than today. Not as cold as it has been and the rain held off. Great way to spend a morning. Any benefit may have been cancelled out by the bacon toasty I had with my coffee on the way back! :-\
