A grain of rice.

Finally my first picture with the new camera. This was taken with a 50mm macro not the one shown in the link picture. Slightly cropped.

I quite liked the though of taking a picture of something as simple as a grain of rice just as a wee (lol) challenege.

And here is a little risotto recipe if the grain has got you hungry!!!!

Today's blip was produced while listening to Buddy Holly who died 50 years ago last week. Just got round to watching a program I had Sky Plus-ed on him from last week. Great stuff. What a tragic way to go.
