Saturday 21 April 2007: Paul
Today I was in Downtwon for the first time. While I was waiting for a train at a C-Train station I heard wonderful guitar music. It was played by Paul, who is a street guitar player for over 30 years. He is travelling around Alberta to have a small income by covering famous songs (and he does it very well).
At the station I also saw a Native homelesshomeless Native who was sleeping on a ventilation shaft. You can find many homeless people in Calgary during all seasons. Most of them are Native Americans.
I also updated my blog today (unfortunately only in German).

I've seen this guy, years ago. Well captured. Hope you are enjoying Calgary!

I like how the blue reflection in his glasses balances his shirt. Nice portrait.

Great portrait - real humour in his face!

Top portrait shot Jens. Looks like quite a character.

Caught very nicely. I'm sure he enjoys his portrait (if he will see it once here).
