Waalsdorpervlakte

This morning, before work, I paid another visit to the Waalsdorpervlakte to see what it looked like after the remembrance ceremony on the 4th of May. I was expecting to see flowers, did not know they would have the Dutch flag out of conifer cones too.
Then I thought I'd take a shortcut to work, but that turned out to be a not-a-shortcut-but-who-knows-where-we're-going kind of road :P So after about 10 minutes, I just turned around and cycled all the way back.

Work was good, had two interviews today, one of them was really useful I thought. I also got an e-mail from the estate agent in Sarzana, who said the apartment would be available to 1st of June. So I e-mailed back to request the price, deposit and agency fee. Then I asked what steps I should take to rent it and she sent me some sort of contract, in Italian of course.. so I've translated pretty much everything and then I asked if maybe she could fill in what she knows first and scan and send it to me, before I fill in my details. I do not want to sign it when half of it is still empty. So we'll see again tomorrow.

I need to start at 8am tomorrow morning because of a meeting and work until at least 17.30 because of an interview, so I reckon it will be a long day. But I am going for dinner with people from work tomorrow evening, so that'll be good :)
