Strawberry pink.

Too busy with work to get out into the garden at the moment. really frustrating as things are getting away from me and there's mammoth amount of work to do. Can't be helped, there's just not enough time in the day at the moment.

The wee strawberry plants my Mum gave me are producing beautiful pink flowers. I believe you are supposed to nip the flowers off first year plants to get stronger plants and until now I have been doing so but I think if anything it's made them go into overdrive and produce more flowers. So I'm just going to let nature get on with it.

Anyway, the thought of even one fresh picked strawberry is just too tempting.
