3D Three

Took the boys to see Ice Age 3 in 3D.

It looked great, and the 3D effects were really good, we all agreed. The lads enjoyed it a lot (though oddly, George was a bit scared of the dinosaurs) but I think it had a few too many "just for the grown-ups" gags in it.

Five minutes in, and it had Andy asking me, "dad, what does 'being in therapy' mean?" in a loud whisper. I was just glad he didn't ask me what 'hormonal imbalance' meant a few minutes later.

I must say, the new-fangled 3D specs are a lot less stupid-looking than the green and red cardboard things.
