So here it is...

...and where's ma chocolate Christmas Tree, eh?

December 1st and time to get the Advent Calendar doors open. And, due to some communication breakdown between Mrs Delphwynd and Gran Delphwynd, we've ended up with four chocolate dispensing calendars. After Heather and Euan had selected theirs I had the choice of taking the extremely unfestive High School Musical or the equally Yule free Ben 10 to mark the countdown to the big day. Apparently I was too slow though and now have neither a door to open nor a piece of delicious chocolate 'flavoured' gunk moulded to resemble,very slightly, something Christmassy to nibble. Looks like I'll just have to get up earlier than Euan tomorrow and open both No. 2s and scoff the chocolate first. That'll sort him out.

By the way, I thought advent calendars were only meant to have 24 doors on them? This one evidently has 25. What's that all about? And another thing... the doors are in exactly the same place on both the calendars; where's the fun in that?

PS: Is it just our two, or has the hyperactivity / loudness / irritate you mother and father settings on every kid been turned up to 11 today?
