Kerbey Lane
Back in Austin. It's a tad overwhelming. I love this city. I have so many memories of driving around the hill country at all hours of the night. I love the hills, I love the people (though it's weird that they aren't as friendly here as they are in Portland... and it feels like it's the same culture).
I love the food. There were so many other things I wanted to photograph today -- but the timing was off. So I finally took a moment, with Stephanie by my side, to snap a shot off my tripod.
It's wonderfully cold and I'm finally happy in my heart to be here. I felt mixed emotions before, but after having finished a full day of classes - It's gonna be great and it's gonna be worth it.
I just won't have free time to hang out as much as I'd like.
But Casey, Steph, Ryan Ray, Ryan Foley, and Ryann are here and I'll get to see them.
And all was right in the world.
