Saturday 19 December 2009: Lady in red

If Layla's virus were an asteroid, it would currently be skimming the atmosphere of Planet Joe. It's definitely there, burning a noticeable hole in the sky, but its trajectory seems to be taking it harmlessly back into outer space.

I hope.

Poor Layla's on the mend but still basically floored. The Snootch and I left her with daytime telly and went out to tie up our Christmas shopping, get a tree and eat mince pies with friends. We had a lovely time.
