The Pod!

Bought a Gorillapod from Jessops a few weeks ago, then took it back when i saw it on Amazon for a tenner cheaper. Then decided i would also need to get the swivel ball head but this would bring the cost to at least £60.

Then i saw this on the internet. It'a a beanbag with a screw to attach your camera. It can be molded into lots of positions and is great for balancing onto to railings etc to get a steady shot.

Not had much of a chance to use it yet but took a few shots in a dimly litChurch and they came out great.

It's a Canadian product but Jessops are stocking one of the pods (the red one) for £15.
