One of the first "macro" shots with my new lens (thanks to all who gave me their input on the forum!) Definitely a lens with a purpose....

I took a photo of this leaf skeleton on Jan 3rd , when my daughter and I discovered it. Weather was a bit different today :) Since then, it has been sitting at her school for "exploration." It came home with her yesterday after being "loved" by all the children...what a perfect shot at macro!
