Bella...Bella...

It's Wednesday...so it must be Rome!

Early start in the morning to get to CDG...just in case everything was affected by the Air Traffic Control Strike.

We went over to Kuwait Airlines! Would you believe that's who we were booked with? Their flight flys Paris-Rome-Kuwait. But with the strikes - they weren't risking bringing their plane to Paris, so the flight was cancelled.

But they were very organised, and had rebooked us on the Air France flight an hour later. Thankfully that was still flying...Although they were delayed while they changed a burst tyre on the plane before we took off.

Got to Rome and took train to the town centre where we were having meetings.

Finished at 6pm and managed to get out for a good walk. We can see the colosseum from the front door of the hotel. Walked round that...down to the Circus Maximus...over to the Trevi Fountain...and then in for a nice pizza.

We decided we wanted a last run over to St Peters square for a wander...then had some ice cream...bella...bella (we had some nice crepes yesterday at the Eifell Tower).

So thats us done Rome then!

No more competition as Goretex won yesterday.
