Thailand's colour-coded political drama continues

The colour-coded political drama has been going on in Thailand all the time I have lived in this country - and I do not see an end to it in the near future. In fact, the country is in need of big structural changes in order to bridge the gap between the haves and have-nots. For those who have, it has been difficult to accept that the have-nots have now started to demand their share. For both sides it has been difficult to accept governments that have been elected by the parliamentary process but that do not represent their own "colour". Well, democracy is not easy.

In the picture, the red shirt protesters are on their way to the Prime Minister's residence to spill blood on his gate. The picture was taken from the skywalk at Chitlom, in the business center of Bangkok.
