50km mountain bike ride

Took my camera along for the ride but it was very very hot and the ride hard. I just didn't have the energy to take the camera out of my bag.

Then with 15 km to go I got a puncture in the front tire making it very difficult to ride and scary to try and steer over the rough terrain. I had to phone for someone to come and fetch me. I only had 5km left by the time they found me, by then I was finished.

I snapped this pic of the front tire (hard to see what it is) when I got home and put the bike in he garage.
