Life is too short for boring hifi

Today one friend, oboe player in local symphony orchestra and somekind of hifi enthusiast as well, visited me with bunch of LP's. We had a lot of fun putting different records to the platter one after another and listening mostly wonderful old tunes by some talented players. Discussing about some of their work and freely changing direction of the evening to some interesting sidepath whenever feeling like it.

We managed to make a huge mess with several piles of LP's including some of his and some of mine and some loaned. It is wonderful when you all over again can discover something new music and have this kind of interaction between each other. Very well spent 5 hours with some spontaneous foot tapping me thinks..
