A time for everything

Spring in the Grove

Another glorious day, with summertime temperatures - we reached a high in the low 80s! This morning I was down on the main campus of University of Cincinnati for two OLLI classes - one on poetry and one on opera. Both promise to be great. I felt I had to make good use of the great weather, so in the afternoon I went for a long walk around Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum. The temperatures aren't going to last - by Thursday the highs will be in the 50s, with lows in the mid 30s! One can never complain about Spring-time weather in Ohio being boring! However, we've had a lovely foretaste of what's to come! In the evening Roger and I went biking on our tandem on the Little Miami trail. Poor Roger's suffering with his allergies at the moment - he's praying for some rain to wash some of the pollen out of the air!
