Water on the move

A seasonal blip. I took a different route home from work and got a chance to take this picture from a bridge in the Tali area.

I didn't have a tripod but I put the camera directly on the bridge to keep it still for 1/4 seconds. It would have been nice to try longer exposure times but they would have been too overexposed. Longer exposure times in daylight is something I will have to explore with my SLR and a greyfilter.
