Picasso Blipped

Farewell to the Camargue: This morning we drove the 250 kilometers to the Nice airport from our gîte near Arles, to take the plane to London and then on to Boston. We were walking to our terminal from the rental lot when I saw this small but unmistakable face staring at me from the sidewalk. I picked it up and saw it was a ticket to the Musée Picasso in Antibes, not far away, with Picasso on the verso. I put it on some more attractive stones nearby for the blip. I think Picasso might be tickled--I know he liked basking in the meridional sun. (Backblipped the next day.)

It reminds me of my very first blip (a day less than two months ago)--"Lee Makes History"which I found at the edge of a street in Paris (and blipped exactly as it was).

To view all the blips from our week in the Camargue (mainly birds), start here.
