Wednesday 28 July 2010: Training

This day I convinced M to go for a walk around Edinburgh to get her level up in photography.

We covered f-stops, depth of field, illumination, some basic composition, and how to do long exposures when you don't have a tripod.

Here, it's the metal giraffes at Picardy Place, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Edits: diptych, slight increase on brightness for giraffes.
