Dapper Dipper

I love Dippers. Sure I've seen plenty of raptors; and there are bright colours and impressive flight and song; but Dippers are in my top 5.

Playing about with a 50-500mm Sigma lens I've got hired for the weekend. In love. Too poor. Tomorrow there's a 99% certainty it'll be another bird shot - 3rd attempt at a Bass Rock landing trip. Touch and go about the swell at the moment apparently, waiting on a phonecall.
