Oliebollen!

It is a habit here to eat "oliebollen" (fritters) on old year's eve and/or when there is a fair in town. However in Groningen there are a few salesmen that have a stand throughout the whole winter period. Although I never eat them other then on the occasions mentioned above, I do think that it gives a cosy, winter feeling :)
