Dancing on the borderline

This is the puck of Oulun Kärpät, the most awesome ice hockey team in the world (or at least in Finland). SM-liiga, the top professional ice hockey league in Finland starts tomorrow. It's such a long way from here to Oulu but I'm waiting for my favourite team to come to Turku in November to beat up the crappy local team. So far, then.

And, hmm, I haven't been writing anything sensible here lately, so here goes.

So, the school started last month and I've actually enjoyed studying (oh, that's new to me). I've had some very, very, very interesting subjects in my schedule so that might be the reason. The first exam week of this school year starts tomorrow - with civics, yay! I think it's gonna be a piece of cake. On Friday we'll have the English exam which is my favourite.

Now because we are on the 2nd year of high school, we'll become "the Olds" in next February. That means that we'll have the Dances of the Old, the finest event I've ever took a part of. So, next February I'll become a real part of "the Olds" with my class. That is so exciting - to dance in front of the other students, teachers and parents! I also know who to dance with. He, my candidate, said that he needs to think a moment but that he thinks he'll dance with me. Greeeeeaaat!

I've been "busy", too. I managed to break my wrist, as some of you might have noticed the other day, but happily I've recovered well. And then, a couple of days ago I went to a knee surgery which went well. (Walking with crutches is such simple even I nearly missed the school bus today.) I hope I could start running soon.

I started the driving school a couple of weeks ago. It has went... well, it has went quite well. I've had three drives with the car of the driving school now. My driving teacher thinks I drive like they do in
The Fast and the Furious. Well, he may be right. But I'll get the driving license, I promise! It's just boring when you already know how to drive a car and then you need to carry out all those dull theory lessons and practice drives before being allowed to the final test. Lol, it's not that difficult to drive a car! Umm, I'm being childish now - but I think I'll die to boredom straight away! Why are things made so complicated? Happily (eheh) I'm not allowed to drive any vehicle until September 26th because my knee is so sore after the surgery.

<I don't know how YOU managed to read this far but... congrats! :)>
