Off the balcony

The view from the blacony looking up towards the castle and, beyond, the Pentlands. Not a great picture, but the light was coming and going, bathing the tops of the near buildings with a strip of yellow light. Didn't quite capture it as I wanted to. It would have been better out of the kitchen window, but that would have been an enormous faff opening the window, moving the breakfast table (occupied at the time), etc. etc. Anyway, that's me blipped for the today and it's probably as well. Am suffering sleep deprivation owing to a 23 hour day away yesterday, largely courtesy of BA/BAA which messed up my return from LHR to EDI big time. 9am meeting, so just a quick blip before jumping on the bike and up the hill to work.
