today, i cooked. i never cook, unless we're talking about mac n cheese.

lately i've become disenchanted with a lot of the crappy food i used to eat, and it's too expensive for me to keep buying prepared food from trader joe's, so it was time to start cooking.

tonight, i brushed eggplant, red onions, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil/garlic/lemon, cooked it, and jammed it in a pita with some cojita cheese.

not bad.
