It's been a long week.

Mum went in for a routine operation and ended up in intensive care for a what seemed like years. She's back in the high observation unit now and doing much better, thanks to all the great staff who have taken such great care of her.

Scary time for Dad and me. This is Dad stroking Mum's hand after her operation but before things really started to go pear shaped.
