Odd Day...Where are the birds?

A day of just attempting to catch up with things and failing miserably at that. I was able to get back to working on music today, so that was nice. The way I record is such a crack up, because since I don't know how to erase or splice or whatever it is, I have to go through everything in real time til I get it "right" ... ok, not really right...but close enough to say "ah the heck with it now what should I do?"

Went to Whole Foods and bought way too many organic jelly beans...and yes...organic cookies, which Marya never should have pointed out to me, because now they are my favorite.

Riding bikes on flat Florida trails does not burn calories btw...

So, I took horrible photos today and just decided rather than not put up anything, I'd mess with this one until I could at least put something up.

We can't figure out where the birds have gone, nor why. It isn't that there are not a lot of birds around, but where once we went through a bag of seed a day, we are hard pressed to see an eighth of that eaten now, and my favorite neighbor reports the same thing.

I'm wondering if someone has some sort of device that keeps them away by sound or something...where is my aluminum foil hat anyway?
