Happy Loy Krathong

These are the "Krathongs" people send out on the water during the Loy Krathong celebration. They are small floating objects made out of anything from bread (so the fish can eat them) to banana leaves, to paper and plastic. Usually they are decorated with flowers, candles, and incense. These little boats are placed in the water to symbolically take away sin (according to the Thai culture.) See the centerpiece/lake decoration from yesterday here.
