getting ready....

for Christmas! I've got the nativity Advent Calendar out, put out the chocolate ones, that were given to mini Pinks by my Godmother, and made my (now traditional) sock advent calendar. I first did this when Master Pink celebrated his first Christmas as a substitute for a chocolate one, as he was only little. I buy a set of new socks (to be used afterwards) and fill each one with a chocolate coin or a small gift, or a "voucher" for something fun to do that day. Miss Pink has little socks up next to Master Pink's, and they alternate a day at a time, with the other day being when they can put a character on the Nativity calendar.

In other news, there has been snow, but not as much as your Blips are proving that you've had up North. Miss Pink has a nasty cough, so we haven't tried the sledge out for real yet. And Master Pink stared in his school Nativity today. I shall be going to watch him tomorrow. :)
