Following in my footsteps

Delightful long walk today with my daughter and my best friend.

From Stroud, over Swifts Hill and up the Slad Valley to Sheepscombe

for a pub lunch and warm up, then return through the snow via

Bulls Cross and Frith Wood. Time for a few photos along the way

and some camera tuition for Isabelle, who took this beautifully

composed image with the new camera I bought her for Christmas.

It might be a bit of a cheat to use Isabelle's picture but I'd like to claim some of the credit and I'm delighted she's taking such a keen interest in learning to use a camera well. Maybe she'll start her own blip soon.
