Yep, decided to spend 24hrs in Kuala Lumpur for a slice of civilisation between Bombay and Saigon. Or Mumbai and Ho Chi Minh City for the modern names!

A delayed night-flight but efficient arrival through KL International Airport. A few hours kip in the rather nice Impiana Hotel and then crashed the mall beneath the Petronas Towers.

Not feeling too marvellous though. Trying to shake off a rather nasty cold and ear-ache, so dosing up on the decongestants and vitamin C. I won't be hitting the town tonight. I want to be ship-shape for Vietnam. My travel buddy has just text to say she's ready for take off! :-)
