Bess

We've been meaning to redecorate the bathroom for a long time now. The last owners painted it with standard magnolia "make it saleable" paint and being a bathroom, that soon started to peel. We bought all the stuff but with the daunting task of sanding, stripping and priming ahead of us before we even get a lick of paint on the walls. Well this morning I lifted out the sanding block and the dust mask and the boy has started work. I would have helped but my arm hurt from the flu and it made huge amounts of dust that would have triggered my allergies and stuck to my contacts.

In the evening N and J came over with their "family". It was great to see them all, I can't believe how big the girls are getting, weight wise, they're bigger than Milo now but being older she beats them on length. Bess was very willing to sit for photos and even gave me lots of tongue flicking. I'm off to get some tiny rats tomorrow as that's how they kick started one of their girls back in to feeding.
