Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Blip

Loch Leven Reflections

After a great weekend in Port Appin we headed back to Auld Reekie this morning, and decided to come back via Glencoe and across Rannoch Moor, just a beautiful drive early on a Monday morning in February with no tourists getting in the way. As we drove up Loch Leven we spotted this view and just had to stop and make the most of it. The mist was just pouring down off of the Glencoe range, the water was so still with not a breath of wind disturbing the surface making for near perfect reflections.

I had contemplated blipping something like this, taken within a few minutes of leaving the hotel, but the reflections won out in the end.
