Practise pads...

More drummin'... 5 ... 4 ... 3 ... 2 ... 1

Went to Stuart and Hayley's this afternoon and stayed until bedtime.... Ben had a ball, flitting between the practise pads, lego megabloks, warships, piano playing, bongo drumming, and generally having a lot of fun with their 4 kids. So much fun in fact that he has been awake from 7am this morning until gone 10pm tonight without a nap. Of course that meant he was VERY tired getting his pyjamas on. I'm hoping he wakes up ok in the morning, he's off to preschool and I'm off to the bank - lucky me.

Been a really really wonderful afternoon.

And here, I think, ends the drummin' series. (I'm sure they'll feature again, how could they not.) I took the camera to church this morning fully expecting Ben to want to play the big drums while things were being packed down around him, but I got caught and asked to pray for somebody and when we were done I turned around and the little people playing the drums did not include Ben in their number! So I was happy to get my Ben drummin' fix this afternoon instead :) with rather quieter drums :D
