A Square...of Flowers Fair

Usually when we get home from Florida, it is gray and flowerless. But not this year. The grass is green, the trees are mostly leafed out, and many flowers are in bloom.

We are still in the process of unpacking, and I hate to admit it...but it is mostly my fault. We go to garage sales and thrift shops in Florida, and I buy various things to bring home and paint on. Plus, in Florida we are a mile away from Hobby Lobby, and I bought bags of stuff there.

This afternoon we visited my dad Jim and brother Jon. They are both  doing really well, thanks to my sister Terrie taking care of them. Dad is real sharp for being 96, and after figuring out some medical problems, his appetite has returned.

The tulips are right out our back door.
