Portrait of a Stranger

Today at our photo cafe session we did a scavenger hunt.  One of the subjects was "portrait".  Early on, this couple walked towards me, so I approached them and asked if I could take their picture.  They said yes, and the guy immediately got out of the way.  Unfortunately, I wasn't ready and forgot that my focus ring was on manual, so my images were slightly soft.  This was the result of one of them.  The color version is an extra.

For the record, I began blipping exactly 14 years ago today.  My first blip was made in Asheville, North Carolina.
