Sunrise

It really was the oddest day. I woke early, dozed and read and then had a call with #1 about the agreement.  The fact he's worse at reading emails than me doesn't help.  There was also an early message from C who's landed safely in Toronto and an Aberdeen sunrise from K. Found contact details I thought I'd lost so was able to pass on the sad news from last week.

Coughed a lot, but swam and then finalised the document and the money before going to get Mum's shopping.  On the way back I went into Next and sat in the seats I thought I liked but decided I didn't, though I have found others which I think I may buy. The afternoon was spent with C, the electrician, as we struggled to get the Hive talking to the boiler.  It did, and then it didn't.  This also meant I couldn't make the phone calls I'd planned to make.
 
Though we thought we'd solved the boiler programme, we haven't so there will be more calls tomorrow.  It's beginning to sound like a wiring issue.

Spent the evening catching up on stuff and not cooking.  Seem to have given up on cooking. 

It was an odd day.  Oh and outside it was the usual - very mixed with some rain and not warm.
