Kirkmadrine

I was awake early this morning &, sipping a coffee, thought the sunrise looked like it was going to be a good one, so I strolled down to the beach. It didn’t disappoint.*
Later in the morning we popped along to this beautiful old church to see the Kirkmadrine Stones. Early Christian carved stones, some over 1,500 years old.
It was then a short drive to Port Logan where we met Ray* then had a walk along the beach to the old lighthouse*.
Finally, after dinner, it was a stroll to the harbour. Ridiculously warm for this time of year and the calmest sea I have ever seen*.
