Updated on 23 November 2023: So I'm Rachel, pronounced Raquel, spelled Rachel. I currently live in a little town in the green heart of the Netherlands. I consider myself a child of the earth. I love to travel but can only dream about it. I'm a single mum, to a boisterous, happy 2 year old boy; we're currently living with my parents as we find our feet after a turbulent few years in England.

I'm protecting my son's privacy by keeping his gorgeous face off social media (it's easier to explain why he didn't grow up on social media than to explain why he did).
