I have been into photography since the 70s. My first camera an Aisha Pentax spotmatic was bought in Hong Kong while I was serving in the Royal Navy. When I eventually got married and had a family, photography was put on the back burner, a camera was just used for family occasions and holidays. When the digital age arrived, I could see the benefit of digital cameras, however in the begining they were not as good as a film based camera. When I retired in 2014 I decided that I would rekindle my love of photography, bought a decent digital camera and joined my local U3A camera group.I enjoy taking photographs and hope that I can manage to take a photograph a day.

If I forget to thank anyone who has given me a star, I am sorry, it is not intentional.

After 365 blips I am still here. how much longer can I manage.... I will just have to wait and see.
