Goat's Cheese Pannacotta

Goat's Cheese Pannacotta with marinated cherry tomatoes on the vine, garlic and olive oil croutons, rocket leaves and a basil pesto dressing.

Today was pie day again. Super busy, it was a record number and we have even more booked for Mother's day. Foh couldn't cope. I very rarely get angry in the kitchen but tonight I did twice. Sometimes I wonder why people do not organize themselves better. Anyway, as this is a backblip it was yesterday and I have calmed down again today. I just hope that Mother's day will be better organized...
