Well maybe not, but certainly the last view that many little fish ever see.

Took advantage of the beautiful weather to get out in the kayak and wave the fly rod about. This was one of several pollack that found lunch didn't work out the way they were expecting.

The huge eye and upturned mouth gives away the pollack's favoured hunting tactic, lurking in the shadows of a reef and then hurtling up from below to swallow unsuspecting small fry.
