Late Daffodils, Cairn O'Mount

Returning home this afternoon from a day's work in Laurencekirk, I suddenly came across this extensive patch of daffodils in full flower beside the B974 Cairn O'Mount road a kilometer or two beyond the summit.

On the skyline stands the distinctive summit of Clachnaben.
