Versier Pannekoek at Sneeuwwitje

So, I am back blipping the whole of last week as I was in Spain. This is written on the 1st of June.

Wednesday lunch.

Our daughter had been pestering us to go to Sneeuwwitje, a Dutch pancake restaurant in La Carihuela. Pancakes are her favourite and Snow White is her favourite princess so a combination of the 2 is very very exciting. We had seen beforehand on the internet that the restaurant was next door to where I used to work. It used to be an English pub called the Wonky Donkey.
Anyway, we had pancakes. She was allowed to decorate hers with sweets which she loved. The pancakes themselves were very thick and quite sickly in the heat.
Our daughter loved it and asked to go back several times but we managed to distract her!
