The Parliament - again.

From time to time I like to blip a picture of some aspect of the Parliament building that the public may not have seen or may not have had explained to them. Pics from one of my workplaces, I suppose they could be called.

This blip falls into the first category - it is a view of the debating chamber seen from a corridor that links the ministerial tower with the part which contains the main committee rooms. There are many suprising and arresting sights in and around the building, and some of the perspectives gained from one part when looking at another are particularly striking. This cavern created by the decorative cladding is set off well by the windows and butresses of the curved front of the chamber.

BTW that is blue sky above it all - a rarity so far this summer in Scotland !
