In size/length order (ascending):
The length of time it takes to run.
The length of time it takes to describe what it is and how long it takes.
The length of time it would take to automate as fully as possible.

Fortunately I found my existing Visio plan for the second one and was able to swiftly adapt it to reflect the current process, adding timings and trimming off things which have been trimmed off since the plan was made (a couple of years ago, immediately prior to identifying a particularly irritating chunk and enswiftening it). In a couple of months almost everything else should have been trimmed out of this particular process when it gets replaced so I'm not going to spend too long trying to get round to trimming off some of the bits I've had no time to trim over the past couple of years.
